Argento’s latest effort, “Il Cartaio” ("The Card Player")is about a policewoman who must take part in a sick card game with a serial killer. If he wins, she must watch him murder his victims. The film will star his daughter, Fiore Argento.
Director Twohy has started pre-production on the "Pitch Black" sequel titled "The Chronicles of Riddick" which will open in theaters in 2004. Star Vin Diesel will reprise his role as Riddick.
The filming of "Spiderman II" began in April 2003. The "Evil Dead" director's latest project is due out in 2004. Actors Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst and Bruce Campbell will reprise their roles.
